The Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke has fixed tomorrow Wednesday 19th of July for the inauguration and swearing in of the newly appointed commissioners.

This was contained in a statement released on Tuesday, by the Spokesperson to the Governor, Mallam Olawale Rasheed.
It was gathered that, the event is billed to hold at the Local Government Service Commission building, Government Secretariat, Osogbo by 10 am.
The Governor urged all commissioners designates to be seated before 10 am for the event.
However, the Osun State House of Assembly on Tuesday confirmed the appointments of 25 commissioner nominees earlier sent to the House by Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke.
The Governor had on July 4th forwarded the names of the 25 nominees to the House and sought the legislators to screen and confirm their appointments as commissioners and members of the state executive council.
In a statement issued by Olamide Tiamiyu, Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker, OSHA.l, said those screened and confirmed by the legislature at the plenary presided over by the speaker, Rt. Hon. Adewale Egbedun, included, Rev’d Bunmi Jenyo, Mrs Adenike Folashade Adeleke, Mrs Ayo Awolowo, Barrister Kolapo Alimi, Barrister Dosu Babatunde, Hon. Moshood Olalekan Olagunju.
Others are Hon. George Alabi, Hon. Sunday Olufemi Oroniyi, Mr. Abiodun Bankole Ojo, Dr. Basiru Tokunbo Salam, Mr. Morufu Ayofe, Prince Bayo Ogungbangbe, Mr. Sesan Epharaim Oyedele, Hon. Mayowa Adejorin, Hon. Dipo Eluwole.
Also screened and confirmed are Alhaji Ganiyu Ayobami Olaoluwa, Mr Soji Ajeigbe, Barrister Wole Jimi Bada, Alh. Rasheed Aderibigbe, Prof. Morufu Ademola Adeleke.
The rest included Mr. Adeyemo Festus Ademola, Mr. Olabiyi Anthony Odunlade, Barrister Jola Akintola, Mr. Sola Ogungbile, and Mr. Tola Faseru, who were also screened and confirmed for appointment as commissioners.
Motion for the confirmation of the nominees was moved by the Majority Leader, Hon. Kofoworola Babajide Adewunmi, and seconded by Hon. Lawrence Olalekan Adeoti from Ife South State Constituency.
