The price of Petrol has been reportedly increased to about N617 per litre in some parts of Abuja.
A visit to some filling station in the Central area of Abuja by Control TV correspondence, confirmed that the fuel price remains N545 in some stations while it has been adjusted from N539 to N617 per litre in other stations withing the F.C.T.
The reason for the increase could not be ascertained as of press time .
The Nigeria Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NDMPRA) is yet to comment to enquiry as at the time of filling this report.
