The Defence Headquarters has disclosed that troops of the Nigerian Military have recorded tremendous success in the fight against terrorists, bandits and other criminal elements in the various operation theatre within the 6 geo-political zone of the country.
The Director, Defence Media Operations (DMO), Major-General Musa Danmadami made the disclosure while addressing journalists at the bi-weekly briefing of the major activities of military and other security agencies held at Defence Headquarters in Abuja.

Other operations he mentioned was operation Delta Safe of the South-South region and Udo-Ka of the South-East region where troops denied oil theft and indigenous people of Biafra/Eastern Security Network and other criminal elements freedom of operation, recovering and destroying 28 illegal refining sites, 24 wooden boat, 169 storage tank, 152 ovens among other sundry items.
With the military not relenting in their operations, Major-General Danmadami urges Nigerians to continue to provide prompt and credible information on the activities of terrorists and other criminal elements in their respective areas.
