The PDP Candidate for Kosofe Federal House of Representatives, Mrs Florence Da-Costa Adepegba, has rejected the results in the just concluded House of Representatives election.

She made this known in a press release made available to Control TV News on Sunday.
The statement reads;
“When I decided to join the race to represent the good people of Kosofe Federal Constituency, it was a decision I took under God and with huge sense of responsibility. I intend to pursue this responsibility with all that I have in me.
Having said above, I will like to say a massive big thanks to everyone that came out to vote last week Saturday the 25th, February 2023.
I appreciate your doggedness and determination to change the narrative of politics in kosofe. I want to assure you that we are together in this and I won’t give up just like that.
We watched with utmost dismay the display of arrogance, election manipulation, destruction of BVAS and voters intimidation carried out by the running party, APC.
In the history of KOSOFE Federal Constituency, this is the worst election ever witnessed.
I want to assure our teeming supporters that we shall be heading to the court armed with relevant and strong evidences of malpractices and electoral fraud perpetrated by APC that fraudulently produced the supposedly declared winner.
We are firm in our resolve that we will reclaim our stolen mandate and we will be sworn in to represent the good people of Kosofe.
Once again, I say a big thanks to all our supporters and I ask you continue to maintain the peace, YOUR MANDATE shall be reclaimed.
