Geman tactician Jurgen klop says he is worried over the cancellation of the 2019/20 season due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Liverpool Manager was recently in talks with German football DFB academy as he stated “There was talk that people want to declare the season null and void. so you thought: ‘Hun? We have played 78 percent of the season and you just want to delete the thing?”
He added “we are first in the home table, we are first in the away table. It is a season in which we should become champions”
“Dealing with the most important thing. But that doesn’t mean certain things are of no importance at all just because they are less import”
“ I think there are worse things in life than not becoming champions. Alot of people around us have big problems people die, it always happens,
But at the moment because of a virus we all didn’t know and for which nobody could be prepared”
“We can not prepare for everything, but we also have to react often. That is t he biggest part of my life reacting to things that I didn’t expect”
He also talked about how relinquishing the premier league season would be biased and suggested the season should resume but with care.
Reporers has previously stated that West Ham vice chairman, Karren Brady was the one who first came up with the idea of scrapping the seaoson because of the covid-19 pandemic.
