The Nigeria centre for disease Control NCDC has reported 216 new cases of the coronavirus in Nigeria bringing the total number of cases to 6,175
The agency made this known in its Daily tweet saying that Lagos state recorded the highest number of cases with 74 while Katsina recorded 33, Oyo 19, Kano 17, Edo 13, Zamfara 10, Ogun, Borno and Gombe 8 each, Bauchi and Kwara 7 each, while the FCT has 4 cases among others.
1644 cases have been discharged while the death toll stands at 191.
