Oborevwori was disqualified from contesting in the election over discrepancies in his certificates.
Justice Taiwo Taiwo who presided over the case, ruled that the plaintiff, David Edevbie, proved beyond reasonable doubt that Oborevwori was unqualified by the discrepancies in his documents.
Delta PDP Chairman, Mr. Kingsley Esiso when contacted said he is yet to read the court judgement to know the next line of action.
