The Nigeria centre for disease Control NCDC has reported 184 new cases of the coronavirus in the country bringing the total number of cases in the country to 4,971.
The agency made this known in a tweet today saying Lagos state recorded the highest number with 51 cases while Jigara has 23 cases. Bauch and Katsina state both reported 16 cases each, Kano 14 as the FCT and Rivers state reported 10 cases each. Kwara 9, Delta Kaduna 5 each and Sokoto Oyo have reported 4 cases each amo g others.
The NCDC puts the discharged cases at 1070 while the death figure is 164.
