Former Governor of Kaduna State Alhaji Balarabe Musa is advocating for the Presidency to be zoned to the South East of the country in 2023 to ensure justice and fairness.
The Elderstatesman says he believes that zoning the next presidency to the South East zone will not only give the Igbos a sense of belonging in the Nigerian Project but also promote national unity and cohesion.
