The Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt, on Thursday struck out Uche Secondus appeals, against the Interim(from Motion Exparte) of Rivers State High Court that suspended him from being National Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party.

Recall that Secondus had through his counsel, Tayo Oyetibo urged the court to suspend PDP’s National Convention slated for October 30th and 31st, and declare him the right person to preside over the exercise.
But a three-man appeal panel led by Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani struck out Secondus’s appeal and gave the go-ahead to PDP to hold their National Convention as earlier scheduled.
