An Unknown hit and run driverhas knocked down a 200 level student of University of Ibadan.
Adeyemo Oluwaseun Ayomide a 200 level students of the Microbiology Department, Faculty of Science was hit by a car along Mobil Filling Station, UI-Ojoo Road.
Efforts to save Oluwaseun proved abortive as she was rushed to the institution’s clinic.
Her remains as gathered has been transferred to the Anatomy Unit of the Institution.

Similarly, the University of Ibadan has confirmed the death of one of its students who was killed by suspected armed robbers.
Similarly,Ridwan Adebayo a final year student of the Department of History, Faculty of Artii at the University of Ibadan was on Sunday killed by some suspected 7 armed robbers at Pre-Boye Area just few metres from the main gate of the institution.
The armed robbers shot the deceased after his mobile phone was taken away from him.The deceased was said to have died on his way to the hospital.
Confirming the sad occurrence, the Director of communication at the university, Mr. Tunji Oladejo, in a statement made available to Journalists on Sunday evening, said that the body of the student has been taken to University College Hospital (UCH) for autopsy.

Oladejo said that the student was killed opposite a commercial bank.
He maintained that the incident has been reported at the Bodija Police division.
This is confirmed. I understand, he was killed in front of Access Bank opposite Pre-Boye, UI/ Bodija Road.
The matter has been reported to the Bodija Police Division. The Oyo State Police Command is conducting a discreet investigation on the sad development.
The body of the late student is with the University College Hospital (UCH), for autopsy.
