President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived New York, United States of America ahead of the 76th United Nation General Assembly.
The president had departed Abuja for New York on Sunday for the UNGA for the world conference which has as its theme: “Building Resilience Through Hope – To Recover from COVID-19, Rebuild Sustainably, Respond to the Needs of the Planet, Respect the Rights of People and Revitalize the United Nations.”
President Buhari will address the Assembly during the General Debates on Friday, September 24.
Analysts believe areas of interest for the President include Security Threats to the African Subregion, The Pledge by the American Government to assist Nigerian in fighting Boko Haram terrorist group, The strides in economic recovery in Africa’s Largest economy.
