A fuel tanker on Monday morning exploded at the busy PZ Roundabout along Airport Road, in Yola, Adamawa state capital.
As of the time of publication of this report, it is unknown how many lives were lost in the blaze.

According to Sahara Reporters, the tanker’s fuel compartment detached and fell as the driver navigated the roundabout. Vehicles and businesses within an 80-metre radius were destroyed, resulting in undetermined losses.
A combined team of firefighters from state and federal fire departments, as well as the Air Force, were seen attempting to extinguish the blaze.
