President Muhammadu Buhari has sacked two ministers from his cabinet.
According to presidential spokesman Femi Adesina, the affected ministers are the Minister of Agriculture, Sabo Nanono, and the minister of power Saleh Mamman.

The sack of the two ministers is coming two years and few days after they were inaugurated by the president in 2019 alongside 41 of their colleagues.
Mr Nanono hails from Kano State while Mr Mamman is from Taraba State.

Mr Mamman’s reign as minister marked appreciable improvement in the power sector especially in urban areas including lagos abuja and porthacourt with some areass boasting of upto 17 hours of electricity supply daily.
The two ministers will become the first set of ministers to be sacked by the president since he assumed office in 2015. His first set of ministers served out his first term.
