Control TV has confirmed that the Nigerian military has beefed up men and equipment in IMO state in a strategic move to contain any unforeseen breakdown of law and order in the east.

The statement reads;
“Control TV has sourced reliable information that Hercules C130 Airforce plane touched down this evening at the Sam Mbakwe International Cargo Airport by 4:20pm to drop off troops alongside military hardwares.
Caution is at this point advised to all citizens especially the teaming youths to be of good conduct and dress appropriately to avoid harassment or arrest, you are advised to avoid large gatherings and late nights, present yourself in a decent and gentle manner when being accosted by men in uniforms,
A warning has been issued to this effect. Let’s all be calm and fight the common enemy in Nigeria operating from outside our dear country the statement reads.
