A fierce fire has gutted a plaza inside the Balogun market, on Lagos Island today.
The burning plaza; Anambra Plaza at Martins area of the market according to eye witnesses started burning in one shop and quickly spread to others.
The incident is coming barely 48 hours after a popular Sabo market in the Sagamu Local Government Area of Ogun State was razed down by fire destroying over 100 shops, and the Amu wood market in Mushin was also burned down to ashes with property worth millions of naira destroyed in the incident.
