Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases have increased by 62 across the country, leaving the total number of recorded cases at 165,055.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily record update shows that Lagos had 38 new cases, while Kaduna and Ondo had similar records of 6 and Ogun had 3.

The data released further showed that Akwa Ibom, FCT and Rivers documented 2 respectively, while Edo, Kano and Oyo reported for 1 each.
According to reports, no death case was added to the current record, leaving the statistics at 2,063 deaths.
The total number of discharged cases was also recorded to be 155,041.
