In an international webinar it Organiser with members drawn from renowned international bodies and associations, the founder General Sallah Bala said WISER a no government organization is interested in the affairs of non state actors in order to understand them better with a view to being 2 steps ahead of their anticipated destructive moves.
participants at the meeting were able to establish a dangerous nexus between politics, vigilante groups and Non State actors across Africa.
