Chelsea Boss, Roman Abramovich has attributed his hire and fire policy of coaches to his quest for more glory at the club.
Abramovich in a gentle reminder, told the club’s head coach, Thomas Tuchel that he will be judged on his trophies

The Russian billionaire while breaking a long public silence, reflected fondly on his time as owner at Stamford Bridge as he spoke to Forbes magazine in his first full-scale interview for nearly 15 years.
While speaking with so much affection about creating world-class teams, which includes the successful women’s team and the academy, he promised to tackle discrimination and provide a positive impact on the club’s communities.

Abramovich said:
“I think the trophies speak for themselves and show what we as a club have been able to achieve over these years, and it’s my goal for us to keep winning trophies going forward and build for the future.”
“Chelsea has a very rich history, and I feel extremely fortunate to a play a part in that. The club was here before me, and will be here after me, but my job is to ensure we are as successful as we can be today, as well as build for the future.”
The Blues, after Abramovich’s £140 million takeover in the summer of 2003, have won 16 major trophies courtesy of his huge investment on and off the pitch.

The club also became champions of England for the first time in 50 years, within two years of his arrival and, in 2012, they became the first London club to be crowned champions of Europe.
The Russian took over at Stamford Bridge after his purchase of the club from Ken Bates almost two decades ago.
Abramovich took over Chelsea in 2003 and has spent billions of pounds ever since. Chelsea have also emerged as one of the richest teams in the world since his arrival but compete with Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool who are also backed by American and Arabian investors.
