President Muhammadu Buhari has granted a three months extension to the tenure of the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.
Minister of Police Affairs, Muhammad Dingyadi, disclosed this after a meeting with President Buhari.
He said the decision was to allow for proper selection of a successor.
