A Dealer in Petroleum Products has been reported kidnapped at his filling station on Ikere Road in Ikere Ekiti less than 10km from the capital Ado.
The kidnapping which took place at about 9pm today has sparked apprehension among residents in the area who say the culprits must be rushed out and the full wrath of the law must take it’s full course.
An eye witness speaking to Control TV Correspondent in Ikere moments ago, said the owner of the filling station Alhaji Suleiman Kanji Akinbami has had no grudge with anyone known to his community.
The police are yet to issue a statement on the matter in what seems to tend towards a developing story.
