The Agency made this known in its daily tweets saying that Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with 459 confirmed cases in a renewed spike in number off COVID-19 reported cases.
The FCT was in second place with the next highest cases reported for the day at 145.
Other states that recorded cases of COVID-19 are Kaduna Plateau, Katsina with 138, 80, 70 case in that order among others.
The total number of confirmed cases now stands at 76,207 while the deaths reported stands at 1,201.
