Manchester United will be looking to get their season back on track when they travel to Brighton in the Premier League this weekend.
United make the long trip down to the South Coast on Saturday knowing a win is needed following their shock defeat by Crystal Palace a week ago.
United haven’t lost both of their opening games in a Premier League season since the inaugural campaign in 1992-93 when they lost 2-1 vs Sheffield United and 3-0 vs Everton. United went on to lift the title that season.
Despite that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be keen for his side to get a first league win under their belt at Brighton, and he will be feeling confident given how good United’s away form was towards the end of last season.
United ended the previous league campaign unbeaten in seven away from home, and know a victory at the Amex this weekend will see them equal their own impressive Premier League record.
That is because United have won their last four Premier League away games by an aggregate score of 10-0, and have the chance to become the first team to win five consecutive away games without conceding since the team achieved that feat under Sir Alex Ferguson in December 2011.
