Eso state Governor Godwin Obaseki on Wednesday lost another top member of his cabinet as his Commissioner for Minerals, Oil and Gas, Joseph Ikpea, resigned his appointment.
In a letter addressed to Governor Obaseki, and dated September 9, 2020, Ikpea said he resigned because he could not leave his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He thanked the governor for the opportunity to serve in the capacity of a commissioner.
