Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has nullified INEC’s deregistration of political parties.
The electoral umpire according to the courts did not follow due process in the deregistration.
The court in a unanimous judgment of a 5 man panel ordered Inec to re-enlist the parties so deregistered.
