Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases have increased by 80 across the country, leaving the total number of recorded cases at 164,080.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily record update for Thursday, shows that Lagos had 29 new cases, while Rivers recorded 19 and Zamfara 6.

Akwa Ibom, Edo, Osun and Plateau documented 4 respectively, Ogun and Kano had a record of 3 each.
While Nasarawa had a record of 2, FCT and Oyo listed 1 respectively.
No death case was recorded, leaving the statistics at 2,061.
The total number of discharged cases was also recorded to be 154,285.
