*All Power Belongs to God Almighty*
“Say, ‘O God, Sovereign of the Kingdom, You give the Kingdom to whom You will, and You take the Kingdom from whom You will. You exalt whom You will, and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is all good. Indeed, You are over all things competent.'” (Quran 3:26)
I refuse to boast about powerful connections or wealth. Instead, I rely solely on the power of God Almighty. Only God, the Supreme, is sovereign over all the earth. No human should think they can play God in the lives of others.
Only God created us, and only He can determine our destiny. Those who think they can snuff out a life they didn’t create will ultimately destroy themselves. Those who try to dim the light they didn’t ignite will get burned.
The New Nigerian dream is a project in God’s hands. Anyone who tries to frustrate it will have to contend with God Almighty. You can only stop the emergence of a New Nigeria if you can stop God from being God. You can only hold back the younger generation from arising to our full potential if you can stop the sun from rising early in the morning.
Even in the face of the struggle to birth a new Nigeria, I, Aliyu Bin Abbas, will walk through the valley of the shadow of death, fearing no evil. For I know that God is with me.
