The Osun State government has appointed Hon. Femi Oluwasanmi, a former aspirant, Osun State House of Assembly, Atakunmosa East/West State Constituency at the 2023 general election as Special Assistant (SA) to Governor Ademola Adeleke.
This was made known in a congratulatory letter issued by the Secretary to the State Government Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye on 11th June, 2024 in Osogbo, Osun State.
Hon. Femi is a PhD student at the University of the Free State, Department of Political Studies and Governance in South Africa.
He holds two masters degrees in Political Science, University of Lagos, with specialisation in International Relations and Public Administration respectively.
He has received many awards for contributing positively to the society including, the NYSC State Merit Award in Niger State in 2015 .
Mr. Femi is the founder and president of Peoples Empowerment and Educational Foundation (PEEF), a non profit organization established with the aim of giving assistance to the less privilege.
